Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 300g Arborio rice
- 200g peeled prawns
- 200g sliced squid
- 200g cleaned mussels
- 1 litre of fish stock
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions :
- Place the onion and garlic in the Thermomix bowl. Chop for 5 seconds on speed 5.
- Add the olive oil. Fry for 3 mins / 100°C / speed 1.
- Add the prawns, squid and mussels to the bowl. Cook for 5 mins / 100°C / speed 1.
- Add the rice and cook for 3 mins / 100°C / speed 1.
- Add the hot fish stock. Cook for 18 mins / 100°C / speed 1.
- Add the grated Parmesan, salt and pepper. Blend for 1 minute on speed 1 before serving.
