Risotto ai Funghi

Treat yourself to a rich and tasty mushroom risotto, ready in no time thanks to your Thermomix! This creamy dish, combining Arborio rice, button mushrooms and Parmesan, promises a delicious culinary experience with every bite.

Ingredients :

  • 1 onion
  • 300g button mushrooms
  • 300g Arborio rice
  • 100ml white wine
  • 1 litre vegetable stock
  • 50g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions :

  • Place the onion in the Thermomix bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 5.
  • Add the olive oil and fry for 3 mins / 100°C / speed 1.
  • Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 5 min / 100°C / speed 1.
  • Add the rice and white wine and cook for 3 mins / 100°C / speed 1.
  • Add the hot stock and cook for 18 min / 100°C / speed 1.
  • Add the Parmesan, salt and pepper. Blend for 1 minute on speed 1 before serving.
