Treat yourself to a rich and tasty mushroom risotto, ready in no time thanks to your Thermomix! This creamy dish, combining Arborio rice, button mushrooms and Parmesan, promises a delicious culinary experience with every bite.
Ingredients :
- 1 onion
- 300g button mushrooms
- 300g Arborio rice
- 100ml white wine
- 1 litre vegetable stock
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions :
- Place the onion in the Thermomix bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 5.
- Add the olive oil and fry for 3 mins / 100°C / speed 1.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 5 min / 100°C / speed 1.
- Add the rice and white wine and cook for 3 mins / 100°C / speed 1.
- Add the hot stock and cook for 18 min / 100°C / speed 1.
- Add the Parmesan, salt and pepper. Blend for 1 minute on speed 1 before serving.
