Product description
The blades of your Thermomix® TM31 should be replaced when they no longer blend efficiently or when a leak is detected under the bowl. In general, replacement is recommended every 4 years, but this may vary depending on usage, such as the type of food being blended and the frequency of use. Early replacement may be necessary depending on these factors.
💡 Maintenance tip : To prolong the life of your blades, place small pieces of food (2 to 3 centimetres) in the bowl.
Features of TM31 knives:
- Thermal resistance : Can withstand high temperatures up to 160°C, ideal for browning, caramelising and high-temperature cooking.
- Sustainable construction : Comprising 4 stainless steel blades and a joint of knives, they ensure precise, efficient blending.
- Mixing functionality : The knives rotate in both directions.
- Hourly rotation : Used for chopping and pureeing with the sharp sides of the blades.
- Counter-clockwise rotation : Allows gentle agitation of delicate ingredients at low speed, avoiding crushing.
The blades are essential to the operation of the Thermomix® TM31 bowl and offer optimum flexibility for various types of food preparation.
