CONDITIONS OF DISPATCH - DELIVERY - PAYMENT
We would like to inform our customers that the delivery times given below are for information purposes only and are not contractually binding. In exceptional circumstances, these times may be extended in the event of a large influx of orders to be processed.
Finally, we would like to point out that dispatch times (including preparation of the order and its collection by the carrier) are approximately 12 to 72 working hours and these times are in addition to delivery times.

Standard delivery
Our delivery times vary from 6 to 10 days depending on the type of delivery selected at the time of payment.
Shipping and order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation e-mail with your tracking number. It can take up to 48 hours to update this number.
IMPORTANT - ADVICE ON HOME DELIVERIES
If you are absent when the delivery driver arrives, he will leave a note telling you what to do and the address of the collection point. You will then be able to collect it within 14 days, provided you have your ID.
⚠️Le customers are responsible for tracking their parcels. Make sure that you collect the parcel from the post office within the allotted time.
To do this, check your emails and don't forget your SPAMS. Don't forget to check the shipment status online, using the tracking number (which we send by email just after you place your order).
After 14 days, the parcel will be returned to the sender by the carrier. *
Our General Terms and Conditions of Sale specifically stipulate that in the event of non-recovery of the parcel (storage period exceeded) at the post office or relay point, the carriage costs will not be reimbursed.
