Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 100 g rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 100 ml milk (or plant milk)
Instructions :
- Place all the ingredients in the Thermomix bowl
- Blend for 20 sec / Speed 5 until smooth
- Cook the pancakes in a hot, lightly oiled frying pan
