Lasagne alla Bolognese with Thermomix

Ingredients:
- 300g minced meat
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 2 stalks celery
- 500ml tomato sauce
- 12 lasagne sheets
- 200g béchamel sauce
- 100g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Place the onion, carrots and celery in the Thermomix bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 5.
Instructions :
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Add the olive oil and fry for 5 mins / 100°C / speed 1.
- Add the minced meat and cook for 10 min / 100°C / speed 1.
- Add the tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 20 min / 100°C / speed 1.
- In a gratin dish, alternate layers of sauce, lasagne sheets and béchamel sauce.
- Finish with a layer of béchamel sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
